Matteo has honed his impressive skills in sophisticated bars from Amsterdam to Melbourne, with Singapore thrown in. His marvellous concotions are a perfect match for the atmosphere of ATTITUDE. Fusing fresh ingredients with modern techniques, he blends daring creations for the delight of customers. Matteo brings his Italian passion to bear on this modern art form.
Our new addition to the kitchen at ATTITUDE is Chef de Cuisine, Alexandre Castaldi.
Originally from France, Chef Alexandre qualified six years ago and has risen through the ranks in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris to trendy haunts in Hong Kong and Bangkok. Specialising in fine French and fusion food, expect dishes full of zest and flavour from this talented chef. His zeal for cooking is matched only by his smile as he gets to work behind the sizzling pans.

A native of Sukhothai. Sudjai has worked her way up to the great heights of ATTITUDE after an illustrious career around the city. She brings her own style and sophistication to the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, whilst ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Through an impressive list of the five star establishments of Bangkok, she has learned everything that makes a inspirational venue.
